Support is offered on a 24/7 basis to all customers. Our toll free number connects the customer to their account manager who is always available in the case that an issue arises. With the TimelessMIND Systems Monitoring and Analytics we will constantly be monitoring, tracking and recording data with regards to your systems. In the event that an issue arises with the customers systems TimelessMIND will have detailed information on the problem at their disposal which can help to solve issues and problems much sooner. Maintenance
Maintenance windows can be opened with TimelessMIND at the convenience of the customer. There are two ways to request a maintenance window, calling the TimelessMIND toll free support number will give you this option. Also, in the ‘Contact Us’ page at the bottom of the website the customer can send an e-mail after filling out a short form, to request a maintenance window for their systems.
