Off-shore Development Capabilities
Off-shore development allows TimelessMIND to maximize the benefits to the customer by optimizing time spent on development and in correlation, the cost of the project. For offshore development to be successful, TimelessMIND has taken a different approach than most with a judicious mix of on and offshore development to keep the project running smoothly. TimelessMIND (TimelessMIND India) offshore development is done by Harrier Information Systems and MothersonSumi (MIND) of India, are among the leading companies in the research and development of software solutions in the industry. Our Partnership with Harrier Systems and MIND allow us to continue work 24 hours a day up to seven days a week.
TimelessMIND Delivery Model:
TimelessMIND works with the customer and communicates with our offshore partners to optimize the flow of the project, ensuring no communication gaps are exposed. On the customer side they handle, Analysis and Planning, High Level Design, User Interface Design, Project co-ordination, onsite testing and implementation, along with the management team from TimelessMIND. TimelessMIND is fully integrated with the customer, however more tasks are taken, including, Detailed Design, Code Development, and Testing and Integration. Post Implementation also includes Bug Fixes and warrenty support from the TimelessMIND Canada Side. TimelessMIND India also handles Code Development and Testing and Integration, however Post Implementation of the project also seems them supplying warranty support and Maintenance to the Software Solution provided through a toll free support line. The problem with this method is that there is very little communication between the Customer and the On-site and Off-shore delivery teams, often times the project scope is skewed by miscommunication, requirements are not fulfilled, and the end product suffers due to the lack of coordination between the customer and the company providing the solution
